Sausage salad with chive bread

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 700 g Pork sausage
  • 4 red onions
  • 4 Gherkins (approx. 30 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS sweet mustard
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4 discs Farmhouse bread (approx. 50 g each)
  • 80 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radish spirals

Directions

    Peel the sausage and cut into slices. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Cut cucumbers into strips. Mix mustard and vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in oil. Mix sausage, onions and cucumber, pour marinade over it.

    Leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Spread bread thickly with butter. Sprinkle buttered breads with chives and salt. Serve salad. Add slices of bread and radish spirals
