  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON light and dark sesame seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the meat and dab dry. Cut the cutlets into cubes of about 2 cm and place them on skewers, close together. Cut fillet into thin, wide slices. Stick on skewers in a wave shape.

  2. 2

Carve the chillies lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into fine strips. Place all skewers with chilli in a bowl, sprinkle with lime juice and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. In the meantime peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

  3. 3

Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil until transparent. Add peanut cream and melt while stirring. Add 200 ml water while stirring. Season to taste with cayenne pepper, tabasco, soy sauce and sugar. Drain the apricots and mash them.

  4. 4

Mix with ketchup. Season with Sambal Oelek. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil. Fry the skewers on each side over high heat for 1 minute, season with salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Briefly fry the lime slices in the cooking fat.

  5. 5

Garnish skewers and sauces with lime slices. Krupuk tastes good with it.
