Roughly chop the chocolate. Beat the fat, sugar, salt and vanillin sugar until foamy. Stir in eggs bit by bit. Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder, sieve onto the fat egg mass and stir in.
Fold the amarettini and chocolate into the dough and fill into a greased, flour-spread ring cake mould (approx. 2 litres capacity). Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200°C / gas: level 3) for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, turn out and serve sprinkled with icing sugar. Results in about 16 pieces
