  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Directions

    Wash lemon hot, grate dry, peel in thin strips with a zest ripper. Chop the zest finely, except for a little garnish. Halve the lemon, squeeze the juice. Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, sugar and salt until the sugar is dissolved. Arrange in a small bowl, garnish with the remaining zests
