Salad cocktail with turkey breast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 fresh egg yolk
  • 1 TEASPOON liquid honey
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 5-6 Radishes
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 100 g smoked turkey breast (in slices)

Directions

    Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Mix egg yolk, honey, mustard and vinegar well, gradually add oil. Fold in the chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Clean and wash the cucumber and radishes. Slice or slice the cucumber thinly. Cut radishes into thin slices as well. Clean, wash and shake the salad dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Cut turkey breast into lozenges or strips

    Arrange the prepared salad ingredients in portion bowls. Drizzle with the honey-mustard dressing. Serve with toast bread

    If you do not want to use fresh egg yolk for the dressing, you can also use a hard-boiled one and stir until smooth. Dice the egg white and sprinkle over the salad. Or use 1 tbsp. salad cream instead of egg yolk
