Grease the fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm; at least 3.5 cm deep). Whip cream, 100 g sugar, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt until half stiff. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in portions
Spread the dough on the fat pan. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes
Melt 100 g butter. Add 100 g sugar and almonds, bring to the boil while stirring. Spread the groats and almond paste as a blob on the cake. Continue baking at the same temperature for about 20 minutes. Let it cool down
