Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g mixed mince
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Corn grains
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) peeled cherry tomatoes with juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 100 g Tacochips
  • 300 g Raclette cheese (in slices)

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the mixed mince in it until crumbly. Steam onion briefly. Drain the corn grains. Add with peeled cherry tomatoes and juice. Simmer for 5-8 minutes.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Distribute with tacochips in the pans. Place the sliced raclette cheese on top. Bake in the raclette machine for about 3 minutes.
