Clean and peel the carrots, halve them lengthwise and cut into slices. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel and slice the stalk. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat oil in a pot, fry carrots and onion.
Add the noodles and pour on the stock. Season with pepper, salt and sugar, simmer for about 12 minutes. After about 5 minutes of cooking time add the broccoli.
Cut the ham into strips. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Stir cream cheese into the noodles, bring to the boil. Season everything once again. Stir starch with a little water until smooth, thicken sauce with it.
Serve the pasta sprinkled with ham and chives.
