  • baking paper
  • 200 g Sugar

Directions

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Caramelise 200 g sugar in a pot until golden brown and pour it onto the baking tray immediately. Possibly spread with an angle pallet. Let it set, break it into pieces and pack it airtight.

    For decorating or sprinkling (finely chopped) cakes.
