Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 50 g Soft white semolina
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 25 g Vanilla custard powder
  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • 1 can(s) Mandarins/Oranges
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 30 g Oatmeal

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients, drain the tangerines/oranges and if necessary cut them into small pieces and add

    Spread the dough into eight muffin tins (you can also use the tin with 24 small ones).

    Bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 35 minutes
