Wash the strawberries (put 4 small edelweiss berries aside for decoration), clean and drain well in a sieve. Pour the strawberries, 25 g sugar and 2 tablespoons lime juice into a high mixing bowl and puree with a blender.
Mix sour cream, coconut milk, quark, 2 tablespoons lime juice, cream, vanillin sugar and 75 g sugar. Marble the cream with the strawberry puree. Pour into four dessert glasses. Decorate with remaining strawberries and mint.
