  • 2 discs (à 75 g) deep-frozen puff pastry
  • 1 TEASPOON Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar crystals
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Place the puff pastry slices next to each other and defrost. Place the puff pastry slices on top of each other and roll out into a square (approx. 28 x 28 cm) on a floured work surface. Cut out round dough (28 cm Ø) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Prick the dough several times with a fork, then brush with cream and sprinkle with sugar crystals. Bake the puff pastry in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Let the base cool down
