Mix the egg white powder with the flour and baking powder. Then separate the egg from the yolk and add the egg white and 2 tbsp yoghurt. Then add milk until you get a halfway liquid mass.
Pour the mixture in 6 parts into the oiled pan and flatten it slightly as the dough will not be completely liquid. Turn and place on a large plate.
Cut the fruit into small pieces and divide them with the natural yoghurt on the 6 pancakes and roll them up like crepes. Decorate with remaining fruit, agave syrup and yoghurt.
