Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 thin stalk (about 200 g) Leek
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 Eggs
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 40 g) salted peanuts
  • 150 g Deep-sea crab meat

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Heat 10 g fat in a large pan. Sauté the leek in it for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Whisk eggs and milk.

  2. 2

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat the remaining fat in the pan and pour in the egg milk. Add peanuts, leek and prawns. Let the egg fry over a low heat. As soon as the egg mass begins to set at the bottom of the pan, push together with the spatula.

  3. 3

Rye rolls taste good with it.
