Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg large potatoes (grilled potatoes)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Tabasco
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 40 minutes

    Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and mustard and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. clean, wash and cut the spring onion into small rolls

    Boil eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water, peel and immediately chop finely (cut into fine cubes). Rinse eggs cold, peel and chop finely

    Mix the prepared ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot. Sprinkle with spring onion rolls and chili flakes
