Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork goulash
  • 1 baby onion
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) clarified butter
  • 1 heaped tbsp. flour
  • 2-3 small dried chillies or chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g green beans (e.g. French beans)
  • 375 g Potatoes
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 250 ml Chilli and tomato sauce
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS ripened cream

Directions

    Cut the meat a little smaller if necessary. Peel and chop the onion. Heat clarified butter. Brown the meat in it in portions and dust with flour and sweat it on. Fry the onion and chilli. Season with salt. Stir in 1/2-3/8 l water and bring to the boil. Stew everything for about 20 minutes.

    Clean, wash and break the beans into pieces. Add to the meat and braise for another 10 minutes

    Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes. Add to the meat and everything else ca

    Cook for 15 minutes. Cut the sausage into slices and add at the end. Stir in chilli sauce and heat both. Season to taste again

    Wash and chop the parsley. Just before serving, put the sour cream as a blob on the chilli. Sprinkle with parsley
