Ingredients

  • 1 small untreated lemon
  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 TABLESPOON Orange juice
  • 400 g Plums
  • 75 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 40 g + 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 160 g Flour
  • 2 TEASPOONS Baking Powder
  • 50 g sliced almonds
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the lemon, rub dry and grate the peel. Coarsely grate the marzipan. Stir marzipan and orange juice until smooth. Wash, quarter and stone the plums. Mix quark, milk, oil, lemon rind and 40 g sugar. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface approx. 3 mm thick and round (approx. 24 cm Ø) and spread with the marzipan.

    Cover the base fan-shaped with the plum quarters from the inside out and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and roast the almonds in the oven for about 4 minutes. Sprinkle the almonds over the pizza and cut into 16 pieces. Let it cool down. Whip the cream until stiff and serve with the pizza
