Clean, wash, halve and stone the plums. Cream fat, sugar and marzipan. Add eggs and milk one after the other. Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir in. Spread the dough on a greased tray (39x37 cm).
Spread the plums on top. Sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 40 minutes. Then let it cool down and dust with icing sugar.
Results in about 25 pieces.
