Plum jam with cinnamon

  • 1.2 kg Plums / Plum plums
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 3-6 Cinnamon sticks

Directions

    Wash, halve, stone and roughly chop the plums. Weigh 1 kg of flesh

    Mix plums, cinnamon powder and jam sugar in a large pot. Leave to stand for 3-4 hours

  3. 3

    Bring the plum mixture to the boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Then boil for at least 4 minutes while stirring constantly. If necessary, add half or whole cinnamon sticks. Pour the jam immediately into prepared twist-off jars and close them
