Ingredients

  • 750 g Plums or damsons
  • 200 g + 100 g soft butter/margarine
  • 175 g + 60 g sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 375 g + 175 g flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1/2 TEASPOON cinnamon, 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g Icing sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Clean, wash and stone plums. Cut plums into quarters or pieces depending on size

    Cream 200 g fat, 175 g sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in eggs bit by bit. Mix 375 g flour and baking powder, sieve and stir into the fat mass with the cream. Grease a springform pan (approx. 26 cm Ø). Fill in the dough and smooth it down. Place the plums close together

    Knead 100 g fat, 60 g sugar, 175 g flour, cinnamon and salt into crumbles and sprinkle on the plums. Bake the cake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / fan oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 50-60 minutes. Let them cool down

    Mix icing sugar and lemon juice. Spread as strips on the cake and let dry
