  • 1.5 kg Plums
  • 400 g Butter or margarine
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 550 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle
  • 200 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 75 g Cornstarch
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Grease the fat pan of the oven and dust with flour. Wash, halve and stone the plums. For the crumbles, melt 150 g of fat and let it cool down a little. Mix 100 g sugar, 250 g flour and 1 pinch of baking powder. Add the fat and work into crumbles with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.

    Finally knead in the brittle. For the dough, coarsely grate marzipan. Cream 250 g soft fat, 150 g sugar, vanillin sugar, salt and marzipan. Stir in eggs one after the other. Mix 300 g flour, starch and remaining baking powder, stir in. Put the dough on the fat pan of the oven (32 x 38 cm) and smooth it down. Spread the plums and crumbles on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes. Let them cool down.
