Wash, halve and stone the plums. Grease a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm)
For the dough, pour cream into a mixing bowl. Wash out a cream cup and dry well. Measure all ingredients with the cup indication with this cup
Add 1 cup of sugar and vanillin sugar to the cream and beat until half stiff. Stir in 5 eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Spread on the fat pan. Spread plums loosely on top and sprinkle with 3 tbsp. sugar
Schmand, three go. Mix tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs and lemon peel. Spread between the plums. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) (cover towards the end of the baking time if necessary). Allow to cool down
