Grease the baking tray (inside: 33 x 27 cm), put the dough on the tray and smooth it down. Spread plums / plums on top. Put the macaroon mixture into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Spray a grid on the plums / plums. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) on the lower rack for 45-60 minutes. Let it cool down and cut into pieces. Whipped cream tastes good with it
