Clean, wash, halve and stone the plums. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cream butter and brown sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder. Alternately stir in the milk briefly.
Fill the dough into the form. Place plums close together, slightly sloping. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 1 hour. Let them cool down. Dust with icing sugar
