Wash the plums, drain well and remove the stones. Cut the plums into slices. Put fat, 75 g sugar, bitter almond flavour and salt in a mixing bowl. Coarsely grate the marzipan and add. Cream with the whisk of the hand mixer.
Alternately stir in eggs and 3 tablespoons of flour. Mix remaining flour and baking powder and stir in together with the cream. Put the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) sprinkled with breadcrumbs and smooth it down. Place plum wedges in flakes on the dough. Sprinkle with almonds, vanillin sugar and remaining sugar. Bake in the preheated oven, second shelf from below, (electric oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 50-60 minutes. Let the finished cake cool in the mould on a cake rack. Remove from the mould, arrange on a plate and dust with icing sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
