Wash, halve and stone the plums. Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in eggs one after the other. Mix flour, hazelnuts and baking powder and stir into the dough alternating with yoghurt. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) sprinkled with flour.
Spread the plums on the dough and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 40-50 minutes (stick test). Sprinkle hazelnut flakes onto the cake about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Remove the cake from the oven, remove from the edge of the tin and let it cool on a cake rack. Dust with icing sugar before serving. Serve with whipped cream
