Pizza with artichokes

Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 1/2 cube (21 g) Yeast
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 can(s) (each 425 ml, 240 g) Artichoke Hearts
  • 200 g Blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola)
  • 1 package (500 g) tomato pulp in pieces
  • 150 g black olives
  • 100 g Parma ham in thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh oregano
  • baking paper

Directions

    For the pizza dough put flour in a bowl. Mix 150 ml lukewarm water with the yeast. Add the yeast mixture, salt, sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil to the flour and knead to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Knead again and roll out on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let it rise again for about 15 minutes. Prick several times with a fork and pre-bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.

    Drain the artichokes and cut them into small pieces. Cut cheese into slices. Spread the bottom with the tomato pieces. Spread artichokes, olives and ham on top. Put cheese on top. Season pizza with salt, pepper and oregano, drizzle oil over it and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves as desired
