Chopping chocolate. Beat the fat, sugar, salt and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour, starch and baking powder and stir into the fat egg mass. Mix in almonds and chocolate blocks.
Pour the dough into a greased, flour-spreaded box cake tin (1.5 litre capacity). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool down a little and turn out of the tin. Dust with icing sugar. Results in approx. 18 pieces
