Grease a box mould (approx. 25 cm long; min. 1 1/2 l capacity) and dust with flour
Roughly chop the chocolate. Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour, starch and baking powder and stir in. Fold in almonds and chocolate
Spread the dough into the tin. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C / convection oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for approx. 50 minutes. Take out and let cool down a little. Then turn out and let it cool down completely. Dust with icing sugar
