Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 100 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 5 sheets Gelatine
  • 1 (300 g) Cup of Crema per Tiramisù
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 (600 g) Oranges
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

  1. 1

Coarsely chop the chocolate coating and melt it in a warm water bath. Let it cool down a little. Cream fat, salt, vanillin sugar and 100 g sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Let the chocolate coating shrink while stirring constantly. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) and dust with flour. Put the dough into the form and smooth it down. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to rest for 10 minutes, remove from the tin and allow to cool on a cake rack. For the cream, soak gelatine in cold water. Whip the tiramisù cream, quark and 100 g sugar with the whisks of the hand mixer for about 3 minutes. Squeeze out the gelatine, dissolve lukewarm. Stir 2 tablespoons of cream into the gelatine. Stir the mixed gelatine into the rest of the cream. Chill until it begins to set. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fruit into slices. Cover the base with a cake ring and alternately cover with cream, fruit, except for 3 slices for decoration, and cream. Chill the cake for 3 hours. Remove the cake from the ring, dust with cocoa and decorate with remaining orange slices
