Cream fat, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) and dust with flour. Fill in the dough and smooth it down.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven. Leave to cool for about 5 minutes. Cut oranges in half, squeeze juice. Turn the cake onto a cake rack. Sprinkle the cake on the bottom. Let it cool down. Stir icing sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Add milk and mix to a thick glaze. Cover the cake with the icing.
