Ingredients

  • 125 g Mie-Nudeln
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 40 g Rocket
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 375 g Minced beef
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Ketchup
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Clean and wash the rocket. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 8 nice slices. Drain the noodles and let them drain well. Mix noodles and 1 egg, season with salt and pepper

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Place 4 greased dessert rings (each approx. 9 cm Ø) in the pan. Add 1/8 of the pasta mixture each and fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. After about half of the frying time, remove the rings and turn the flat cakes, take them out and keep them warm. Fry the rest of the pasta in the same way

    Mix minced meat, 1 egg, milk and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and form into 4 flat meatballs of the same size. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meatballs for about 8 minutes, turning them over.

    Cover 4 pasta cakes with 1 burger each. Spread ketchup, tomato slices, spring onions and rocket on top. Finally, drizzle with some soy sauce and cover with the remaining noodle patties. Serve immediately
