Multivitamin smoothie with sea buckthorn and raspberries

Ingredients

  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 1/2 (approx. 100 g) Apples
  • 1 (approx. 170 g) ripe banana
  • 8 Leaves of peppermint
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Sea buckthorn fruit juice (direct juice with fruit pulp)
  • 350 ml Cranberry juice (direct juice)
  • 4 wooden skewers

Directions

    Raspberries selected. Wash apple, quarter it, remove core. Peel banana. Mint wash, shake dry. Raspberries, up to 8 to decorate, apple, banana, honey, lemon juice, sea buckthorn juice and cranberry juice in a blender for about 4 minutes.

    Put the remaining raspberries and mint leaves alternately on 4 wooden skewers. Put the drink into 4 glasses and decorate with prepared wooden skewers.
