Cream fat, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with Campari and mineral water. Line the hollows of a muffin tin (12 hollows) with 2 paper sleeves each and spread the dough inside. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Take out and let cool down.
Wash the orange, grate dry and finely grate the peel. Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar and peel. Squeeze the orange. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of juice with the icing sugar until smooth. Decorate muffins with the icing sugar and sprinkle with the orange sugar. Let dry
