  • 230 g Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 60 g + 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 125 g cold butter
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 750 g blue and green seedless grapes
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

    Mix flour and cocoa. Mix the flour mixture, 60 g sugar, butter in flakes and 1 egg with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Wash the grapes and dab dry. Mix cream, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar well. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out about 4 circles (16 cm Ø).

    Knead the dough again, roll out and cut out 2 more circles. Line 6 greased porcelain cups (14 cm Ø) with the dough. Spread grapes on the ramekins and pour over with the icing. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 30-40 minutes. Take the ramekins out of the oven and let them cool down on a cake rack. Dust the rim with cocoa before serving
