Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 fresh corn cobs (approx. 280 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) broad white beans
  • 4 spring onions (approx. 30 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Tomato Salsa
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth

Directions

  1. 1

Remove leaves from the corn. Wash the corn and cut into approx. 1 cm thick wheels. Cook the corn in boiling salt water for about 20 minutes

  2. 2

In the meantime, drain the beans. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Heat the oil in a large pan. Stir-fry the minced onions for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the corn.

  3. 3

Add salsa, tomatoes, stock, beans, corn and spring onions, except for a little bit for sprinkling, to the mince. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the mincing pan with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining spring onions. Bread tastes good with it
