Ingredients

  • 3 can(s) (à 314 ml) Mandarins
  • 7-10 Tbsp fat & flour
  • 200 g soft half-fat butter
  • 100 g + 100 g + 75 g sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 P. Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and 1/2 teaspoon juice of 1 organic lemon
  • 6 eggs + 2 egg whites (size M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 heaped Tsp baking powder
  • 750 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 1/2 packs Pudding powder "Vanilla"

Directions

    Drain the mandarins. Grease a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm; at least 3.5 cm deep) and dust with flour. Cream butter, 100 g sugar, vanillin sugar, 1 pinch of salt and half lemon zest. Stir in 3 eggs individually. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in briefly. Spread on the fat pan. Place mandarins on top

    Beat 2 egg whites and lemon juice until stiff. While continuing to beat, pour 75 g sugar into the mixture. Keep beating until the sugar is completely dissolved. Spread as a blob on the cheese mixture. Continue baking for about 15 minutes. Cool down
