Bring the milk to the boil, except for 4 tablespoons. Stir pudding powder, sugar and remaining milk until smooth. Stir the pudding powder into the boiling milk and bring to the boil. Place the pudding in a bowl, cover with foil and chill. Dice the chocolate.
Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the chocolate pieces, rum and half of the cream into the pudding. Pour the men's cream into glasses. Pour the rest of the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and spray tuffs onto the cream. Pour egg liqueur over it and decorate with chocolate rolls
