Mashed potatoes with herbs

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg floury potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 bunch Chives, dill and parsley
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash the herbs. Cut chives into fine rolls. Chop dill and parsley finely. Drain the potatoes.

    Add the milk and fat and mash into puree. Season with salt and pepper and fold in herbs.
