  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 75 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 25 g crushed pistachio kernels

    Mix mascarpone, quark and sugar. Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, fold in

    Peel 4 small rolls from the chocolate with a peeler, chop the rest of the chocolate. Melt 25 g chocolate over a warm water bath, stir into the cream. Set aside 1 teaspoon each of the pistachios and chopped chocolate for decoration, stir in the rest

    Divide the cream into 4 bowls and decorate with the remaining pistachios, chocolate rolls and chopped chocolate
