Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 75 g + 75 g sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 600 ml red fruit juice (e.g. cherry or grape juice)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 900 g-1 kg frozen mixed berries (e.g. berry fruit plate)
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 50 g Milk chocolate
  • 250–300 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Edible curd
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Bourbon vanilla sugar

Directions

    Bring 75 g sugar, vanillin sugar, 1⁄2 l fruit juice and half berries to the boil. Mix starch and rest of juice and stir into the boiling fruit mixture. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add the rest of the berries.

    Remove from heat and let it cool down. Stir from time to time.

    Remove small rolls from the chocolate with a peeler. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix mascarpone, quark, 75 g sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the cream.

    Layer berry groats and mascarpone cream in a large dessert bowl, finishing with cream. Decorate with chocolate rolls.
