Marinated fruits with walnuts

Ingredients

  • 6 Oranges (including 1 untreated)
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 2 kiwis, 2 bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Wash the untreated orange hot and rub dry. Peel thin strips from the peel. Squeeze 3 oranges

    Heat the orange juice, honey and sugar in a pot while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Then boil down syrupy for about 15 minutes. Add orange zest after about 10 minutes and simmer. Let it cool down a little bit and stir in the liqueur

    Coarsely chop the walnuts. Roast in a coated pan without fat until golden brown. Remove

    Peel 2 oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets between the parting skins. Peel kiwis and bananas. Halve kiwis lengthwise and cut both into thin slices. Mix everything with the stock. Cover and let stand for about 45 minutes. Decorate fruits with walnuts and lemon balm
