Roughly chop the nuts. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar well. Fold in the oil. Add the nuts. Cut camembert into corners. Pour vinaigrette over the camembert corners and leave to stand for approx. 15 minutes.
In the meantime peel the onion and cut it into fine rings. Clean and wash the lamb's lettuce and let it drain well in a sieve. Clean and wash the oak leaf lettuce and drain well in a sieve. Mix salad, onions, camembert corners and vinaigrette, arrange on four plates and serve sprinkled with pink berries.
