Grease the Bundt pan (approx. 2 l capacity). Mix fat, sweetness and 1 pinch of salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder, alternating with 5 tbsp. milk. Halve the dough
Stir under 1 half cocoa and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Put the doughs alternately into the mould. Pull through spirally with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 1 hour. Allow to cool down
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Cover the cake with it. Let it dry. Dust with cocoa
