Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix mascarpone, quark sugar, vanillin sugar and lemon juice. Fold in cream. Layer strawberries, cream and biscuits one after the other in two layers in 4 glasses.
Leave 4 biscuits and 4 strawberry quarters to decorate. Sprinkle each layer of biscuits with 1 teaspoon of liqueur. Finish with 1 blob of cream. Dust with cocoa and decorate each layer with a strawberry quarter and a biscuit.
