Lentil pot with pears & cooked sausage

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 bunch of greens
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 250 g Dish lenses
  • 4 (approx. 750 g) Pears
  • 4 K
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper (à approx. 75 g)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Clean or peel and wash the soup vegetables. Chop carrots and celery finely, cut leek into fine rings. Cut bacon into slices

    Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the bacon in it. Brown onion and soup vegetables briefly. Wash the thyme and remove the leaves. Rinse the lentils. Add both with 1 1/2 l water, bring to the boil. Simmer covered at low heat for about 25 minutes.

    Washing pears. Add the sausages and cook for another 20-25 minutes

    Take out the sausages, cut them into slices and add them again. Season stew with salt, pepper and vinegar. Wash parsley, chop roughly and sprinkle over it
