Lemon jelly with strawberries

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Bag of "lemon" jelly powder (for 1/2 l water)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon spiral and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Put the contents of the bag into a small pot. Mix with 1/2 l cold water. Allow to swell for approx. 5 minutes (or prepare according to package instructions)

    Stir in sugar. Heat at low heat while stirring until everything is dissolved (do not boil!). Remove the pot from the stove and let the liquid cool down lukewarm

    Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Divide into four tall dessert glasses and pour the jelly liquid over them. Leave the jelly to set in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours

    Whip cream until stiff before serving. On the

    Spread lemon jelly. Possibly decorate with lemon spiral and lemon balm leaves

    This way the jelly cools down faster: Heat the contents of the bag with only half the amount of water (1/4 l). Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the remaining cold water. Then continue cooking according to the recipe
