  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1 Msp medium hot mustard
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press. Mix egg yolk, garlic and mustard. Slowly add oil while stirring continuously. Season aioli with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper
