Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine slices. Mix with fried onions. Wash chicken legs, dab dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn first in flour, then in whisked egg.
Turn in the leek roasted onion breading and press down firmly. Place on a greased baking tray and bake in the preheated (electric oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes.
