Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Mustard or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Horseradish
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Head radicchio salad
  • 1/2 Head green salad
  • 75-100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices and peel

    Mix lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Finally, fold in the oil. Peel onion, dice finely and stir in

    Clean, wash and drain salads well. Pluck radicchio and lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and thinly slice mushrooms

    Add the salad ingredients to the marinade and mix loosely. Arrange on four plates and garnish with lemon slices and peel if desired
